Questions
How are billable request units counted?
A full-spec device costs $0.03 and uses one billable request unit. Comparisons consume one unit per submitted array entry: 20 entries use 20 units and cost $0.60. Other admitted calls use one unit. Later route errors still count. Invalid requests and authorization, quota, concurrency, device, discovery, credit and ingress denials do not count. A request committed before a lost response can count; retrying creates a new admission.
Is the $0.03 per-device price a promotion or permanent?
The current Standard rate is $0.03 USD per full-spec device or billable request unit. A comparison is billed per device, rather than once for the whole batch. Future pricing and service commitments require published terms.
Can I switch between plans?
A Free account moves to prepaid Standard after verified payment. Existing administrator-managed plans are distinct. Administrator changes retain recorded unused credit; contact support to discuss a change.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard accepts card payments through hosted Stripe Checkout in USD. Choose $10, $25, $50 or $100. There are no automatic top-ups. Any Enterprise payment or service terms must be agreed separately.
What happens if I go over my free quota?
Free access includes 25 billable units per UTC month, 5 calls per minute, one concurrent request, and 1 active API key. Images are not included. Standard allows 60 calls per minute and 4 concurrent requests, with account-wide hourly and daily distinct-device and discovery limits. Repeated identifiers and slug/UUID aliases share one device-budget slot, while compare billing still counts every submitted array entry. Enterprise has no default RPM ceiling or hourly/daily discovery and distinct-device quotas; custom RPM is available. Enterprise retains four concurrent requests and separate abuse protections. Paid monthly unit quota is unbounded. Limit denials return 429 without charge.
